During the last federal congress in Hamburg in 2015, it saw the light of the independent performing arts – the nationwide minimum fee. Dr. Sebastian Seidel, director of the Sensemble Theater (Augsburg), Marianne Ramsay-Sonneck, member of the board of the Landesverband Darstellende Künste Berlin and member of the Club Real artist group and Holger Bergmann, director of the Fonds Darstellende Künste all convey their best wishes for its fifth birthday.
In a discussion following their speeches, Anne-Cathrin Lessel, vice chair of the German Association of Independent Performing Arts and artistic director of the LOFFT – Theatre (Leipzig), , Marc Gegenfurtner, director of the Kulturamt in Stuttgart and Antje Pfundtner, independent dance maker from Hamburg pursue the questions of what still needs to be done after taking stock of the last five years and how the standard of the minimum fee should continue to be developed over the next five to fifty-five years. Anne Schneider, director of the German Association of Independent Performing Arts, is going to host the talk.
